Upright
The direction is set and it is time to build speed. Elements pulling opposite ways are held together by will and driven toward one destination. You gain the upper hand in competition, and refusing to back down is what produces the result.
Reversed
Control has slipped, or force is being spent with no direction. Confirm where you are going before you worry about speed; pushing through by sheer force will only harden the resistance.
Advice
Do not drop the reins. This turns on whether you keep hold to the end, not on talent.
