Upright
Things resolve when you avoid extremes and get the proportions right. This is the phase of finding the workable line between haste and over-caution, between work and rest. Even if it takes time, the steady blending is itself what produces the result.
Reversed
The balance has tipped and everything has run to one side. Some area has gone to an extreme — overwork or neglect — so decide concretely what to cut back and what to increase.
Advice
Do not try to change it all at once. Adjusting the proportions gradually is what lasts.
